Mixed orders are fine — the tier is based on total units across the order, not on units per model.
Pricing tiers

Exact pricing depends on model, height, material and configuration, so we quote per enquiry rather than publishing a price list that would be wrong for half the range.
Samples
Order one unit before committing to volume. Two things make this worth doing:
- We photograph and video the exact unit before it leaves, so the sample you approve is the specification we reproduce.
- Sample cost is credited against your first order of 20 units or more.
Sample lead time is typically 7–12 days plus transit.
Payment

We accept bank transfer (T/T) and can discuss other methods for established accounts. We do not ask for payment to a personal account, and we will never change bank details by email without a verified call — if you receive such a request, treat it as fraud.

Lead times are indicative and confirmed on each order. Chinese New Year adds two to four weeks to anything scheduled in January or February — plan around it.

We ship EXW, FOB or DDP depending on what you need. If you already have a forwarder, we work with them. If you do not, we can quote door-to-door.
Discreet shipping is standard: plain outer carton, no product description on the label, no branding on the outside. This applies to every order at no extra cost.
What we need from you to quote
- Destination country and city
- Which models or sizes interest you
- Estimated quantity, and whether it is a one-off or repeating
- Whether you need private label
- Any certification your market requires
Send those five things and the quote will be accurate the first time.
