Everything below is built to order. Bodies, heads, skin tones and options are configured per order, so the specification sheet you approve is the specification we produce.
This catalogue is intended for trade buyers aged 18 or over. Product descriptions are technical and written for purchasing decisions, not for retail display.
Materials
The material decides three things: how the product feels, how much it weighs, and how long it lasts. That trade-off is the single most important decision in your range.

Hybrid pairs a silicone head with a TPE body. The face is what a buyer judges first and what photographs best; the body is where weight and cost sit. For most retail ranges this is the configuration that sells.

Weight matters commercially: it drives shipping cost, returns handling and whether a retail customer can move the product without help. If your market skews toward online sales, the 150–158 cm TPE range usually converts better than the largest sizes.
Configuration options
- Head — interchangeable across the range. Over 1,000 head and body combinations are available from stock moulds.
- Skin tone — standard palette plus custom matching on volume orders.
- Skeleton — articulated metal skeleton with poseable shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. Standing-foot option available.
- Eyes — fixed or interchangeable, several iris colours.
- Hair — moulded or wig. Wigs ship separately and are a useful add-on line.
- Internal heating — optional on silicone bodies; adds cost and lead time.
- Voice module — optional; region-specific language versions available.
- Packaging — plain carton by default; printed retail carton for private label.

Care and service life
Both materials need maintenance, and buyers who are not told this return products. We include a care sheet in every carton and can supply a branded version for private-label orders.
- Clean after use with the supplied kit; avoid alcohol-based cleaners on TPE.
- Powder TPE periodically to stop the surface becoming tacky.
- Store lying flat or hanging; do not leave in direct sunlight.
- Keep away from sharp edges and heat sources.
- Silicone can be repaired professionally; TPE is usually replaced rather than repaired.

Frequently asked
Can I order a single unit first? Yes. Sample orders of one or two units are priced at sample rates with freight at cost. We photograph and video the exact unit before it ships.
Can I mix models in one order? Yes. Mixed containers are normal. The tier discount is based on total units, not units per model.
How custom can a private-label order be? From 20 units you can specify carton artwork, insert cards and a branded care sheet. Custom moulds for a new head or body are a separate project with its own tooling cost and lead time.
Do you supply to consumers? No. We supply trade buyers only — distributors, retailers, online sellers and private-label brands.
Are the products tested? Material declarations are available per batch. We do not claim certification for your market; testing and certification for import is arranged by the buyer or by us on request at cost.
